Responsibilities

  • Operate commercial motor vehicles Dump Trailer  
  • Ensure the truck remains in proper and safe working order and that routine and required maintenance occurs on a timely basis.
  • Maintain daily e-logs, safety & inspection reports, expense reports, project reports while ensuring they are properly completed.
  • Must be willing to perform manual labor related tasks to support projects.
  • Ensure the company’s health and safety culture, policies and requirements are met.
  • Comply with all Federal, State and local laws regulating safe driving and the safe and proper handling of hazardous materials.
  • Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with customer and co-workers.
  • Ability to be on call for emergency response (on rotational schedule basis).
  • Ability to perform work based on task conditions and hazards.
  • Maintain appropriate driver's license Tanker endorsements and willing to get Hazmat in 60 days.

Qualifications

  • Valid Class A or B CDL.
  •  Experience driving/operating dump trailer
  • Clear Driving Record.
  • Experience driving manual transmission.
  • History of DOT compliance and safety is required.
  • Knowledge of Department of Transportation (DOT) rules, regulations, and guidelines.
  • Ability to travel overnight as required on occasion.
  • Frequently lift 50-75 pounds.
  • Willingness & ability to frequently climb ladders, stairs etc.
  • Must pass DOT physical, drug screening and background check.
