Overview

CDL A Vac Truck and or Tanker Driver Operators-Environmental Service transportation and disposal

Responsibilities

 

  • Operate commercial motor vehicles such as Vacuum Trucks, Tankers, Trailers, Dump Trailers, Box,  etc.
  • Maintains daily logs, safety & inspection reports, expense reports, project reports, etc.
  • Must be willing to perform manual labor related tasks to support projects such as pulling heavy hoses and climbing ladders,etc.
  • Ensure the company’s health and safety culture, policies and requirements is met.
  • Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with customer and co-workers.
  • Ability to be on call for emergency response (on rotational schedule basis).
  • Ability to perform work based on task conditions and hazards. USEPA Level B, C or D PPE will be required.

Qualifications

Clear, valid CDL A with tank and hazmat

2+ yrs safely driving and operating vac truck, tankers, vehicles related to environmental waste transportation and disposal

ability to work overtime and travel occasionally overnight during busy season

able to lift 50 lb and with assistance occasionally up to 75Lbs

effective communication skills

strong attention to detail
