    The Project Manager will oversee each project from conception to completion.  The Project Manager will interact with both the customer and field personnel to ensure the project stays on schedule and meets the projected budget.

    Responsibilities

     

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Attend site walks for bid preparation
    • Ability to travel to sights as necessary
    • Assist with bid preparation, project scopes, construction survey, GPS equipment, start up, schedule, permitting and oversight
    • Conduct pre-construction and periodic meetings with customer and site personnel
    • Assist with completing all project paperwork thoroughly and timely
    • Negotiate with vendors and/or subcontractors on pricing
    • Participate in contractual negotiations
    • Review, process and approve change orders
    • Assist with invoicing approval, collections, etc.
    • Assist with ensuring and executing that the project is in compliance with all applicable laws, safety guidelines, regulations, contract requirements and company policies and procedures
    • Assist with ensuring that projects are completed on time and profitability goals for assigned projects are met

     

     

    Qualifications

     

     

    Qualifications:

    • 4 year Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
    • 5+ years’ proven success in managing large civil project work
    • Ability to read blueprints
    • Strong knowledge of construction materials and equipment
    • Understanding costs and risk management
    • Strong computer skills
